The Landing is located away from the crowds and traffic. We are approximately 3.5 miles from Hwy 59. If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is it. The nearby beaches are less crowded here and an ideal place to 'get away from it all.' The condo complex is across the street from the beach, and situated between the ocean and lagoon. You'll have the best of both worlds here. The swimming pool was built on the lagoon side and is a wonderful place to sit and view the spectacular sunsets, or you can walk to the end of the dock and have a seat in the gazebo and see our resident blue heron.There's good fishing in the lagoon or you can surf fish right off the beach. Our pier has several boats slips. We do not have a boat launch however. There are public boat launches in the area.Our unit has been recently updated, is nicely decorated and has vaulted ceilings.Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the pull-out sofa is also a queen size.
