Yellow bird is a wonderful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home less than 100 yards from the beach. **There are 2 master bedrooms. The downstairs area is an open concept that includes a family room and kitchen and dining area. Beach view from all angles. Upstairs another small den / tv area also face the water.*One master bedroom with private bath located downstairs*additional master bedroom with bath shared by twin bedroom. * 2 additional queen bedrooms upstairs. ***PLEASE NOTE: There is a full sized sleeper sofa in the upstairs tv areaOutside the large deck faces the gulf. There is an outdoor area with shower located down stairs to wash up when coming in from the beach. There is a gas grill available on the property for cook outs. *****Yellow Bird IS A PET FRIENDLY property. Well behaved dogs will be considered with an ADDITIONAL $200 pet deposit. If no damages {including no extra hair} are incurred during the stay $150 of the deposit will be refunded (after the property is cleaned and inspected). $50 of the pet deposit is non refundable and retained as a pet cleaning fee.
