From the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to the linen's and towel's you will feel that you've arrived at a luxury resort. Bring your boat! We have two private docks, boat ramp, & boat/trailer parking right on site. GSSRC is unique in that on one side of the resort is the Gulf and on the other is "Little Lagoon" (which is not so little) that you're able to fish, ski, kayak, S.U.P., and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.Just come to relax or take advantage of the many activities the area has to offer. To name a few, we have golf, water sports, fishing, tennis, arcades, laser tag, zoo, zip line, water park, movie theater, mini golf, state park, historic Fort Morgan, & tons of shopping including a Tanger outlet mall just down the road! A few of the features of our condo is wifi not only in the condo but also at the pool, boat docks, lobby, & even the beach! As well as a washer & dryer, dishwasher, cookware & dishes, Keurig coffee maker, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, cable TV, DVD player, HDMI connection on TV, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, and our sofa sleeper is actually comfortable!
