WE OFFER SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YRS OLD TO RENT. THE "OPAL" IS INTENDED FOR FAMILY ORIENTED RENTALS . The "OPAL" SLEEPS 10 comfortably. Bunk beds are intended for young adults and children up to 150 lbs. There are NO sleeper sofas in the house. Master bedroom has a king bed on main floor with a private bath. 2nd master upstairs has a king bed with views of gulf and its own bath. 2 other large bedrooms with queen beds share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has gulf views and the other has Lagoon views. The 2 bunk beds are located in the wall of the upstairs hallway. There is a 43 inch flat screen TV in den and a 40 inch TV in each bedroom. The new kitchen has all stainless steel appliances ,a bar that seats 4 and a dining room that seats 6. The gulf of Mexico's white beaches are less than 200 ft. across the road and the Little Lagoon is in back of house ,less than 100 yards. The lagoon has its own pier and dock for boating and fishing. Underneath the front porch is a 30x8 deck with a swing and a boardwalk leading off across the yard to the beach. A COMPLETE OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER IS ALSO AVAILABLE!!! There is plenty of parking available,up to 5 cars.
