This is the 7th year of sharing our 2 bedroom condo with you! This year we have a wider balcony! Due to some siding and construction updates to our complex, the we were able to widen our patio area! It is a first floor condo so stairs or elevator are not needed. Pull right up to the condo and place suitcases over the railings of the balcony. We are located in Plantation West, the diagonal building near the houses. We have a fully furnished kitchen includes, dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Sofa makes into a sleeper. 2 full baths. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living area. Living area, kitchen and baths are painted a light butter yellow with accents in greens and blues. One bedroom is a relaxing shade of blue and the other a calming green. Just what you need for a tranquil, calm home away from home!There is NOT a washer/dryer in the condo, but pay washers/dryers are steps away from the unit. After many years of not having an indoor pool, we recently were able to buy into the brand new pool that the tall building condo owners built. Outdoor pool is about 135 steps from front door. Boardwalk to the beach is about the same distance. Kiva dunes golf course is just yards way. Other outdoor pools and a tennis court are just a short walk across the parking lot.
