You are truly right in between Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico!Our non-smoking, one-bedroom, one bath unit is waiting for you. We are located on the fourth floor. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a view of Little Lagoon. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences of home. While cooking, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf. The den has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 32 inch flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The large balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the surf, while enjoying the beautiful gulf view. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The beautiful tropical pool setting is awesome. The swimming pool is clover shaped with a waterfall. There is a children's pool and a soothing hot tub. The lush landscaping, beautiful palm trees, and lagoon view makes this like no other complex. You can watch the Beautiful Sunset as you cook out on one of the charcoal grills by the Lagoon. There are picnic tables for your convenience. After dinner enjoy a game of tennis on one of the two lighted tennis courts or a game of shuffleboard. We have a boat ramp and two private piers.
