Guests frequently rent both sides of the Duplex (Dolphin West and Sea Turtle East) if they wish to have more bedrooms, yet have two separate living areas (one side for Grandparents, and the other side for young children, etc.) - total capacity on both sides is 24, with six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Renting both sides at once is frequently more economical than renting a comparable 6 bedroom home (with only one living area) in Fort Morgan. We primarily deal with repeat visitors, which is the best testimonial of all.
