Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with granite counter tops, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, separate and additional ice maker (a must and plus for large groups) cookware, etc., including large shrimp pots. Dining room table accommodates eight with additional seating at breakfast bar. The open living room/great room has a cozy sectional sofa, recliners, love seat and wicker chair with ottoman, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD and VCR. Everyone loves this room. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed with all amenities; adjoining bathroom with tub/shower, built-in vanity closets and tiled floors.upstairs: Three more comfortable bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one with twin beds and stylish furnishings. The upstairs master gulf front is large with panoramic views of the gulf east to west. In addition to the twin beds, this room has a daybed with trundle, armoire, TV & DVD.Large upstairs bathroom has a tiled floor, built-in vanity, closet, shower and tub. The adjacent laundry room has washer and dryer and storage area.Upstairs hallway connects all bedrooms to bath and laundry rooms.Sandhaven has two outside decks with deck furniture. There is a private entrance and convenient personal board walk to the beach. The lower, shaded deck has a BBQ grill, oak swing, table, chairs and teak recliners.
